Design & Build
A Look into our Work Flow

Dimensional Drawing
Our design process begins with precise dimensional drawings that lay the foundation for accurate production & furniture installation. These detailed illustrations provide exact measurements and spatial relationships between components, ensuring seamless integration and build quality.

Panel Cut List
Next, we generate a comprehensive panel cut list that specifies all the required materials, sizes, and quantities. This step helps streamline fabrication by minimizing waste and optimizing material usage.

Edging Schedule
Finally, we prepare an edging schedule that outlines the edge treatments for each panel. This ensures a polished, durable finish and maintains consistency across all visible and functional surfaces.

Installation
Typical Installation Method

Furniture Carcasses
The installation process begins with positioning and securing the furniture carcasses. These foundational units are carefully levelled and fixed in place to ensure structural integrity and alignment for the components that follow.

Trims & Infill
Once the carcasses are set, trims and infill panels are installed to close any gaps and provide a seamless finish. These elements are custom-fitted on-site to adapt to wall variations and deliver a clean, built-in appearance.

Interior Load Out
Next, internal fittings such as shelves, drawers, and hardware are loaded in. This stage focuses on both functionality and precision, ensuring that all moving parts operate smoothly and meet design specifications.

Frontages
Finally, doors & drawer frontages are installed. These elements complete the visual aesthetic and are carefully aligned for consistent spacing and smooth operation completing the project.
